Download Sterility Document for Traceability
Please read below as the process to download sterility documentation has changed:
- Locate the lot number found on the box label
- Enter lot number in the search box below
- Click to ‘Submit‘
- Your sterility document will download to your device.
- If your sterility document downloads as a text file, simply add extension “.pdf” at the end.
- If your document is not found or will not convert in correct format, please send an email to [email protected] along with Lot number and Product number.
*Please note: Your sterility document may not open upon download. Look in your device > “Downloads” folder for the sterility document.
